Our bags are handmade by fair trade artisans in Guatemala.

Where are your products manufactured? 

We recently started shipping to Canada. All fees for international orders (i.e. shipping, duties, and taxes) will be shared and collected when you checkout on our store. No additional fees will need to be collected when the item is delivered. 
For other locations 🌎 check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Epiphanie offer international shipping?

We currently offer these delivery options to the contiguous 48 states + Washington DC:
Economy Shipping (6-8 business days) 
Standard shipping (3-6 business days)
Expedited shipping (2-3 business days)
Express Shipping (1-2 business days)

What is your shipping policy?

All Epiphanie bags are made from high-quality full-grain leather. They may be treated with regular leather spray protectants.
To clean, we recommend PROFESSIONAL LEATHER DRY CLEANING ONLY. Do not put any part of this bag into a washing machine or dryer. Do not use bleach or other cleaners on the exterior or interior of your bag. 
Regarding the interior panels gently removed and hand-washed them using a soft, water-based cleanser. When you’re done, let them air dry.

How can I take care of my bag?

How can I track my order?  

You have 15 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be with tags, and in its original packaging. The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Custom made products, Gifts with purchase.
International orders are NOT eligible for return
